Shamanic journeying is a way of communicating with your inner or spirit self and retrieve information. Your inner self is in constant communication with all aspects of your environment, seen and unseen. You need only journey within to find answers to your questions. You should have a question or objective in mind from the start. Shamanic journeying may be undertaken for purposes of divination, for personal healing, to meet one's power animal or spirit guide, or for any number of other reasons. After the journey, you will be encouraged to journal.
The drum, sometimes called the shamans horse, provides a simple and effective way to induce ecstatic trance states. Transported by the driving beat of the drum; the shamanic traveler journeys to the inner planes of consciousness.

Are you looking to connect with your Ancestors, with hopes that the question you always wanted to know or understand will be answered? Let Brandy help you travel back to your Ancestors. We will be honoring our bodies through movement while seeking the answers from our loved ones. Ecstatic dance is a great way to get the body moving, freeing your mind and body, while connecting to yourself and others in a safe and healthy space. Ecstatic Dance is an expressive form of dance that doesn’t follow any certain steps, other than the steps of one’s own heart. Ecstatic Dance empowers all body’s and walks of life to reconnect to one’s inner being. We have great knowledge that lies within us and Ecstatic Dance is a beautiful way to express this knowledge. We’ll start with a scared circle to protect our space and close with journaling. I encourage, each soul to bring an alter item to add to the circle, which will help with connecting with your Ancestors. This could be a picture or item of a loved one or an item that reflects what you seek. Dress in comfortable attire and come with an open mind to reconnect with your true self.
