We do our best to keep things as consistent as possible to accommodate our clients, however life is always twisting & turning with unpredictable circumstances. With that being said, our schedule has changed once again! We are bringing back Heavy Metal Yoga and a Meditation class, we are also adding an All-Levels class on Fridays at 5:30pm! We are doing away with our Tuesday morning classes.
