Does it feel like everything is falling apart? Do you feel the frustration that just after you fix one thing, something else goes wrong? If you made a positive and healthy decision for your physical health, or you made a positive decision for your life emotionally, you might be experiencing a healing crisis.
The more we learn how energy works and how to live in a positive lifestyle, we experience a break down phase. Remember that we all exist with our three systems for optimal health; our physical body, our emotional body, and our spiritual body. If you are reading this, you probably have read other articles that talk about mind, body and spirit. When one of these bodies becomes off balance, we decide to make a life change to help get us back into balance. After this happens, instead of feeling the happy, celebratory feelings of reward, we sometimes find ourselves in a bigger mess then where we started. You might be familiar with the aches and pains, and sometimes irregular bowels that come from a new diet, or exercise regiment. It is unpleasant, but eventually, your body will eliminate toxins and begin to feel better. This is a minor healing crisis. Your emotional and spiritual bodies can experience the same type of crisis. There are emotional and spiritual injuries, wounds and unhealthy habits that need to be healed and cleansed as well. We make decisions, or sometimes thrown into a change that requires a change in thinking and healing. Changing careers, moving to a new house, loss of a relationship, or any other change can cause a healing crisis. We must simply allow the cleanse to happen and experience the rewards that will follow. I call this a miracle crisis. Just know that your blessing and reward is so wonderful and so powerful, that you’re experiencing the sting for it to be possible! Emotional and spiritual miracle crisis take longer to get through, (sorry) but I promise it is worth it in the end!
Release and allow the branches to be pruned! It will only result you to grow more productively, bloom brighter and ultimately happier in the end.
