YOGA 101 Workshop
Wednesdays 6pm – 7pm June 14th – July 12th
This 5 week workshop is GREAT for Beginners to start building a great foundation for their yoga practice!! Each week is a thorough break-down of poses and the proper alignment for each pose. By the 5th week we bring together the poses into a sequence that you can start practicing at home! If you have been interested in trying yoga this is an excellent opportunity! Cost is $75.
