Chakra Workshop
Wednesdays 6pm – 7pm May 10th – June 7th
This 5 week Yoga workshop is back by popular demand! This workshop introduces the 7 major energy centers in our bodies. You will learn helpful yoga poses for each chakra. This class is very informative and helps to better the student's alignment, stability, & flexibility to remove obstacles and to free their energy flow. This workshop also includes chanting.
YOGA 101 Workshop
Tuesdays 6pm – 7pm May 9th – June 6th
This 5 week workshop is GREAT for Beginners!! Each week is a thorough break-down of poses and the proper alignment for each pose. By the 5th week we bring together the poses into a sequence that you can start practicing at home! If you have been interested in trying yoga this is an excellent opportunity! Cost is $75. Meet Shana. Shaman, Light worker, Prophet, Guru, Master, Teacher, Mentor are some words that previous clients have used describe her, but most of all “Healer”. Shana has an extensive academia background in Social Work, Psychology and Religious Studies. Not only does she utilize her multiple certifications in Holistic Wellness, Reiki and Native American Techniques, but she applies her knowledge of emotional and spiritual wellness to the entire Mind, Body, and Spirit Collective. Previous client’s ailments range from cancer, chronic pain, chronic illnesses, and medical mysteries to severe anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. She has been called to visit patients in hospitals to treat those in critical care units as well as ICU. When you meet with Shana, be prepared to discuss energy!

Hi, nice to meet you! My name is Kaity. I am a spiritual adventurist in search of other like-minded souls along my journey of life! I enjoy bike rides, practicing yoga on the beach, and long conversations about life, what happens after death and everything that comes in between. Along my journey I have gained knowledge and insight into how the mind works either for us or against us, and I would love to bring my wisdom to the studio to teach others about the stuff they didn't teach us in school! I would love to get to know all about you and gain a friend for life!
