Psychic Saturdays
Come see Lady Fe, our Astrologist & Oracle Card Reader. She will be here every Saturday 10:00am – 4:00pm for the month of April. 30 min Readings are $25 and 1 Hour Readings are $40.
Meditation Series Wednesday April 5th 6:00-7:00pm
This five week workshop is an all-level class. Whether you have never meditated before or you have an advanced daily practice. This class includes helpful tips, breathing techniques, some light restorative yoga, sound therapy, guided meditations and a variety of different meditation techniques.
Kids Yoga Saturday April 15th 11:00am – 12:00pm
Bring your kiddos in and lets be animals!!! As we go through yoga poses with imaginary play!
Cost is $10 for mommy & child
TEEN Yoga Saturday April 15th 1:00pm – 2:00pm
Teen yoga is for girls and guys from 12-18 yrs old. This class is for all levels from beginners to intermediate, and is one hour long. This class is great for helping decrease anxiety, stress, body-image issues, eating disorders, low self-esteem, and helps to increase confidence, peace, mindfulness, and so much more!
FREE Nutrition Meet & Greet Sunday April 23rd 2:00pm – 3:30pm
Certified Nutrition Consultant, Lori Fozo will be at The Awakening Realm on Sunday, April 23rd 2:00-3:30pm to share information about her nutrition philosophy and services. Lori is the proud owner of NOURISH: Natural Nutrition for Your Life. She is excited to join the team at The Awakening Realm….providing nutrition education services for groups and individuals! LulaRoe YOGA Wine Party Saturday April 29th 6:00-8:00pm

Lady Fe is an Intuitive Astrologer & Energy worker. She has a deep unconditional love for the universe & everything that inhabits it. Her life path, filled with both light & shadows has led her to help others find their way. There is nothing more rewarding to her than to see another individual on their journey begin to awaken to their soul's purpose. She believes we are all brothers & sisters on this earth who chose to live this human experience, she believes we are ONE and she plans to do her part here and help elevate the collective consciousness. Lori Fozo
Certified Nutrition Consultant
Lori is passionate about sharing the health benefits of delicious, quality whole foods. In addition to her Nutrition Certification, she holds a Master’s Degree in Education. She was a public school teacher for 20 years… and now she’s off to teach others how to use food to NOURISH the body, mind and spirit. Lori serves her clients as a nutrition guide…educating, supporting and inspiring them to successfully meet their nutrition and lifestyle goals. Lori will be leading nutrition education workshops and classes, which include food demonstration and sampling. She is also available for individualized consultations to meet your specific needs. We are super excited to have Lori on The Realm team!!!
Andrew Hershberger
Certified Usui Reiki Master
Andrew Hershberger is a Certified Master Reiki practitioner in the Usui method. Andrew finished his Usui method training in late 2016. He has also been training in crystal Reiki and Quan Yin/Violet Flame/Tara Reiki. Andrew is a very open, communicative person, and welcomes questions, comments, concerns, observations, and anything else from people as he navigates his path as a healer. We are so excited to have him be a part of The Awakening Realm team!!!
