There are three kinds of business - yours, mine, and God's. 

Every so often I get reminded of this deep, and powerful truth about how to have a peaceful life.   The minute I start to interfere with your business, or worst, question God's business, I have overstepped my boundaries.   

It has literally taken me Y*E*A*R*S to learn how to back off from my passionate and burning desire to be absolutely certain on HOW other people should be living THEIR lives.   Sometimes I was so certain about how they should live, when my own life was confusing and blurry.   AMAZING!

Greetings friends!

It is funny how people think "yoga people" are suppose to be calm.  NO!  We are here because we are all nuts.

The yoga postures and breath are tools to rebuild ourselves.  The goal is not to tie ourselves in knots - we are already tied in knots.  The aim is to untie the knots in our heart, to unite with the ultimate, the loving, and the peaceful power of the universe.  Yoga doesn't just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.

Yoga is a light which once lit will never dim, the better your practice, the brighter your flame.  It is through your body that you realize you are a spark of Divinity.  Your practice doesn't expect you to show up happy, it just asks of you to be prese...

Greetings friends!

We have officially entered fall, where the days are crisp, colors vivid, and the air is beginning to smell like apple cinnamon.   I love fall, but I also start to get that dreaded feeling within me; the feeling that the holidays are fast approaching, and I'm running out of time.   It's the time when I start to think about the mandatory time I will have to spend with some family members.   And just like that I'm thrown off my center.   

Thank goodness for the wonderful tools that I have acquired at the Awakening Realm.   I've learned that I practice yoga, not to get better at yoga, but to get better at living.   That even after I've rolled up my mat, yoga continue...
